Why the finished shot proves the least
Any competent refinisher produces a good after photograph. It says nothing about whether the wall behind it was dry when the finish went on.
That is why this site does not lead with a gallery of glossy completions. Ask the service desk to see a teardown series on damage similar to yours instead.
The photographs from your job are yours
They matter at resale, at the next pre purchase inspection, and in any later dispute about what was repaired and when.

Do I get the images from my own job?
Yes, they are yours. Ask the service desk at pickup, which is easier than reconstructing a job file a year afterward.
Are customer vehicles posted publicly?
Only with the owner agreeing to it at intake. Plenty of owners prefer their coach not appear anywhere, and that is the default.
What should I photograph myself after a loss?
The whole vehicle rather than just the damage: all four corners, the roof, the interior and the odometer, on the day it happened. That set is what stops a carrier attributing later damage to your loss.
