## Vehicle types we take

Truck Camper: Slide in truck campers, including jack mount tear out and the wall it pulled through.

Pop Up Camper: Folding campers, lift systems, tenting and the roof panel they carry.

Teardrop Camper: Teardrop and micro trailers, usually a single bonded shell with no second chance at the core.

Overland Camper: Composite overland boxes and expedition campers, including mounting frame repair.

## How the job runs

Get the vehicle to Yorba Linda. Drive or tow the vehicle to 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda. Insurance walk ins are welcome and no appointment is needed to start a collision teardown.

Priced evaluation. Collision teardown is one hour at $210, an RV systems evaluation is $150, and an in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Every one of those is credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not money you lose.

Scope and carrier. You get the scope in writing with rate card figures against it. If a carrier is involved the shop bills direct and handles supplements on line items the adjuster missed.

Authorize, then the deposit applies. Jobs over $2,000 take a 50 percent deposit at authorization, and jobs over $10,000 take a further 25 percent when parts land. OCRV Center orders nothing before you authorize it.

The work. Structural and moisture work closes out before any finish goes back on. On a wall this thin there is little to rebond. Once the core is wet, the panel section is replaced rather than injected.

Pickup. Final balance is due at pickup. Card payments over $1,000 carry a 3.5 percent surcharge, which passes through the merchant fee rather than burying it in the labor rate.

Bond system: Vacuum bonded panel adhesive on composite builds, mechanical fastening on stick built

Moisture path: Water enters at roof seams, the jack mounting plates and the lift mechanism cutouts, then follows the frame down and surfaces at the floor perimeter.
