# Who This Shop Works For

> Eight owner types, each arriving with a different question. OCRV Center works on the same vehicles for all of them, but a full time RVer planning around displacement and a fleet manager planning around downtime need different answers, and these pages give them.

## Pages in who we help

For Camper Van Owners: What Actually Goes Wrong: The failure patterns specific to Sprinter, Transit and ProMaster camper conversions, and what they cost to put right.

For RV and Motorhome Owners: What Class A, Class C and Super C owners need to know about delamination, cap damage, roof intervals and how claims run on a coach.

For Fifth Wheel Owners: Front cap failure, pin box and coupler service, and the slide and moisture issues specific to fifth wheel construction.

For Full Time RVers: Scheduling repairs when the RV is your residence, staged work, and the systems that matter most under continuous use.

For Fleet Operators: How multi unit body and equipment work is scheduled at OCRV Center so units cycle through rather than sitting together.

For Delivery and Logistics Operators: Body, door and shelving repair for last mile delivery vans and box trucks, scheduled around route commitments.

For Mobile Business Owners: Food truck, mobile medical and specialty body repair for owner operators whose vehicle is the business.

For Municipal and Public Agency Fleets: Body, lighting and marking work for city, district and public agency vehicles, performed to department specification.

## Questions

### Can OCRV Center finish a conversion I started myself?

Yes, and it is common. The evaluation states plainly what has to come back out before anything new goes in, which on a partly finished build is usually the roof penetrations and any wiring that will not carry its specified load.

### How often does a coach roof need resealing in this climate?

Annually for inspection and as needed for recoat, and shorter than that for a coach stored under tree cover. Sealant fails on a schedule set by sun and debris rather than by mileage.

### Can a fifth wheel front cap be repaired instead of replaced?

Gelcoat cracks and impact fractures in the molded surface, yes, at $750 to $12,000. A released bond in the cap radius, no. That threshold is structural and it is measured at evaluation.

### Can I live in the coach while it sits in the shop?

Not on the property. It is an active body shop with paint operations and moving equipment, so overnight occupancy is not something the facility can accommodate.

### Can a fleet put this shop on a standing maintenance agreement?

No. Work is performed job by job on body, paint, structural and equipment scopes. There is no maintenance contract, no consulting engagement and no driver program attached to it.

### Can you repair a delivery van without taking it off route for a week?

Most door, shelving and panel work is days rather than weeks. Structural sectioning is longer. The evaluation states the labor hours and the parts lead time separately so the route can be planned against real numbers.
