# What This Shop Does Differently, Stated Plainly

> Four things: the rate card is published rather than quoted on request, every evaluation is priced and credited, structural thresholds are stated as measurements rather than opinions, and the work this shop declines is listed as plainly as the work it takes.

## Published rates

Body and paint $210, mechanical and electrical $260, diagnostics $285, detail $95. Parts markup, materials, tax treatment, deposits and the card surcharge are all published too.

A shop that will not publish a rate is asking you to find out what it costs after it has your vehicle.

## Priced evaluations, credited back

Nothing here is free, and that is deliberate. An evaluation that costs nothing is worth what it costs, and it is the document a carrier discounts first.

Because every evaluation is credited against an authorized repair, an owner who proceeds pays nothing for having had it done properly.

## Structural calls as measurements

Each vehicle program publishes its own layer stack, bond system, moisture path and crossover point. Repair or replace is decided against a measured released area rather than against a feeling about the job.

That is checkable. It is also why the same damage gets the same answer regardless of who walks it.

## A stated scope boundary

No mobile service, no roadside, no engine or transmission rebuild, no DOT or emission certification, no telematics, no fleet consulting, no driver training.

Listing that saves you a trip down the I-605 for work that happens somewhere else.

## Questions

### Will this shop take manufacturer program repairs?

No. The shop performs collision, body, paint, structural and onboard systems repair, billed to you or to a carrier. Manufacturer program work is outside what it takes on, and the scope boundary page states the full list of what is declined.

### Why publish rates when most shops do not?

Because an owner mid claim is trying to decide something, and a rate card is the fastest way to let them decide. It also means the number on the invoice is the number that was published, which removes an entire category of argument.

### Is a bigger facility actually better for RV work?

Bay depth and booth size are not a marketing claim on a 45 foot coach, they are the difference between the work being possible and not. The OCRV Center facility runs 35,000 square feet for exactly that reason.
