## Every scope in this program

Full Interior Remodel: Complete interior reconstruction, sequenced so structural and moisture work is closed out before finishes go in.

Furniture Replacement: Seating, dinettes, recliners and bed platforms, fitted to the existing floor plan.

Cabinetry Repair: Face frames, doors, hardware and carcass repair after swelling or impact.

Flooring Replacement: Finish flooring replacement over verified dry decking, never over a subfloor that has not been checked.

Headliner and Wall Panel: Interior liner panels, the innermost layer of the wall stack, replaced or refinished.

Insulation and Sound Deadening: Core layer insulation and sound control added while the wall is open.

## How the job runs

Get the vehicle to Yorba Linda. Drive or tow the vehicle to 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda. Insurance walk ins are welcome and no appointment is needed to start a collision teardown.

Priced evaluation. Collision teardown is one hour at $210, an RV systems evaluation is $150, and an in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Every one of those is credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not money you lose.

Scope and carrier. You get the scope in writing with rate card figures against it. If a carrier is involved the shop bills direct and handles supplements on line items the adjuster missed.

Authorize, then the deposit applies. Jobs over $2,000 take a 50 percent deposit at authorization, and jobs over $10,000 take a further 25 percent when parts land. OCRV Center orders nothing before you authorize it.

The work. Work proceeds in the order that keeps structural and moisture issues from being sealed behind new finishes.

Pickup. Final balance is due at pickup. Card payments over $1,000 carry a 3.5 percent surcharge, which passes through the merchant fee rather than burying it in the labor rate.

## Questions

### What is included in the interior remodel program at OCRV Center?

Interior reconstruction, from a single water damaged panel through a full gut and rebuild of a coach that is otherwise structurally sound. The program covers 6 scopes: full interior remodel, furniture replacement, cabinetry repair, flooring replacement, headliner and wall panel, insulation and sound deadening. All of it happens in shop.

### How long does interior remodel work usually take in Whittier?

Labor bands across this program run from a few hours to several hundred. Parts availability drives the calendar more than labor does, and special order parts require a full non refundable deposit at the time of order, so the schedule is set once parts are confirmed.
