What are the shop hours at the Yorba Linda facility?
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, closed Sunday. Those are the only hours, and drop offs happen inside them.
Do I need an appointment to bring a vehicle in?
Not for an insurance walk in, where a teardown can start the same day. For systems diagnostics and scheduled work, calling ahead means the right bay and the right technician are free when you arrive.
Can someone come out and look at my RV where it is parked?
No. There is no mobile service, no roadside work and no on site evaluation. Every vehicle is evaluated and repaired in shop, which is what allows teardown, moisture mapping and booth work to happen at all.

Insurance walk ins are welcome. The teardown hour is priced at $210 and credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not a cost you lose if the work proceeds.
