Who it works for
RV and motorhome owners, camper van and Sprinter owners, fifth wheel and trailer owners, full time RVers, commercial fleets, delivery operators, mobile businesses and municipal agencies.
Vans lead the intake. That is unusual in this market and it is deliberate, because a van conversion is the one class where the body is the structure and the repair decisions genuinely differ from a laminated coach.
How it operates
In shop only. No mobile service, no roadside and no on site evaluation, because teardown, moisture mapping and booth work cannot happen in a driveway.
Rates are published rather than quoted on request. Every evaluation is priced and credited against an authorized repair.
Insurance work is billed direct with every major carrier, and supplements go shop to carrier rather than through the owner.
What it declines
No engine or transmission rebuild, no drivetrain overhaul, no DOT inspection or certification, no emission testing or certification, no telematics, no fleet consulting and no driver training.

How big does an RV body shop actually need to be?
Big enough that a 45 foot coach fits in a booth without being refinished in sections. That is the practical constraint, and it is why the OCRV Center facility runs 35,000 square feet rather than a conventional collision shop footprint.
Does this shop only work on RVs?
No. Camper vans, trailers, box trucks, reefers, service bodies, municipal units and specialty bodies all come through. The common thread is a large body that a conventional collision shop cannot physically take.
