Reputation, and Where to Go Check It Yourself
This site does not reprint selected reviews or publish a rating summary. It links to the live Google and Yelp profiles instead, because a curated quote tells you what the shop chose to show you and a live profile tells you what customers actually wrote.
Why there is no testimonial carousel here
A hand picked quote is marketing. It carries no information about the distribution it was picked from, and every shop in this network can produce one.
The live profile carries the distribution. Read the middling reviews rather than the top ones, because that is where the actual pattern of a shop shows up.
Where to look
The Google Business profile, linked from the footer of every page on this site.
Yelp, also linked in the footer.
Ask the service desk to see teardown documentation from a job similar to yours. That is far more informative than any review, because it shows the work rather than the reaction to it.
What to actually evaluate
Whether the shop published its rates before you asked. Whether the evaluation produced a measurement or an opinion. Whether the scope you were given is checkable against a published rate card.
Those three are verifiable in an afternoon, and they predict the outcome better than a star average.
Common questions
Why does this site not show a review score?
Because a score published by the business being reviewed is worth very little, and a live profile is one click away in the footer. The star row in the footer links straight to the Google profile.
Where can I read reviews of OCRV Center?
The Google Business profile and Yelp, both linked in the site footer. Read across the range rather than only the top reviews.
Can I speak to a previous customer?
Ask the service desk. What is usually more useful is asking to see the teardown and repair documentation from a comparable job, which shows the standard of work directly.
Bring it in
Insurance walk ins are welcome. The teardown hour is priced at $210 and credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not a cost you lose if the work proceeds.
