The video worth watching is the middle of a repair, not the end. Teardown sequences, delamination mapping and cap replacements show what a repair actually involves, which a finished walkaround by definition cannot.

Why walkarounds are the least useful format
A finished walkaround shows paint. It tells you nothing about whether the subfloor under that new flooring was verified dry, which is the thing that decides whether the repair lasts.
The same reasoning is why this shop prices evaluations rather than giving them away: the useful part of the work is the part nobody sees.
