Using this site means accepting these terms. Price bands published here are working ranges rather than quotes, and the binding number is the written scope produced by a priced evaluation on your specific vehicle.
Published figures are bands, not quotes
Every price band on this site is a working range for a scope, drawn from the published rate card. It is not an offer and it is not a quote.
The binding figure is the written scope produced after a priced evaluation of your specific vehicle.
Labor rates, markup tiers, materials rates and payment terms published here may be revised. The terms applying to your job are those in effect when you authorize it.
Commercial terms
A 50 percent deposit applies at authorization on jobs over $2,000, and a further 25 percent when parts arrive on jobs over $10,000.
Special order parts require a 100 percent non refundable deposit at the time of order, because such parts are generally non returnable to the supplier.
Final balance is due at pickup. No vehicle is released until it is paid in full.
Credit card payments over $1,000 carry a 3.5 percent surcharge. Sales tax of 7.75 percent applies to parts and materials; labor is not taxed.
Scope of work
All work is performed in shop at the stated facility. There is no mobile service, no roadside service and no on site evaluation.
The published scope boundary lists work this shop does not perform. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to perform it.

What if I disagree with the final invoice?
Raise it with the service desk before pickup. The scope is written against published rate card figures precisely so that each line is checkable rather than a matter of opinion.
Bring it in
Insurance walk ins are welcome. The teardown hour is priced at $210 and credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not a cost you lose if the work proceeds.
