The Published Rate Card

OCRV Center publishes its rates rather than quoting them on request. Body and paint bills at $210 per hour, mechanical at $260, diagnostics at $285 and detail at $95. Every evaluation is priced and credited against an authorized repair, and every service page carries a band traceable to this card.

Common questions

Are OCRV Center labor rates negotiable on retail work?

The posted rates are the rates. What is adjustable is scope: an owner paying direct can stage a large job across phases so the spend is spread, and the shop will sequence it so that structural and moisture work still closes out first.

Can I supply my own parts to reduce the bill?

Owner supplied parts are handled case by case and the answer is often no. The shop cannot stand behind a part it did not source, and a failed owner supplied part turns into re done labor that somebody has to pay for twice.

Is any evaluation here ever unpriced?

No. Every evaluation carries a published price, and every one is credited against an authorized repair. That policy is deliberate and it is applied consistently.

Can I pay a large balance by card and avoid the surcharge?

The surcharge applies to card payments over $1,000 regardless of how the balance is split. Check and cash carry no surcharge.

Why does a small RV dent cost more than a car dent?

Access and material. A coach panel is a bonded laminate rather than a stamped steel skin, so there is no pushing it back out from behind, and reaching the back of it frequently means opening the interior liner.

Is a travel trailer cheaper to repair than a fifth wheel?

On skin and floor work, usually yes, because the panels are smaller and the walls are lower. On front cap work the fifth wheel is dramatically more expensive because the cap is larger and more complex.

Scope boundary

What this shop does not take

No mobile service. Every job happens at the facility.

No roadside assistance and no on site evaluation.

No engine rebuild and no internal engine machining.

No transmission rebuild and no drivetrain overhaul.

No DOT inspection and no DOT certification.

No emission testing and no emission certification.

No telematics installation and no fleet software.

No fleet consulting and no driver training programs.

Everything above is work OCRV Center declines rather than work it performs poorly. The facility is a body, paint, structural and onboard systems shop, and it is an in shop operation.

Bring it in

Insurance walk ins are welcome. The teardown hour is priced at $210 and credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not a cost you lose if the work proceeds.
