The shop hires into five departments: collision and structural, paint and refinish, fiberglass and laminate, onboard systems, and the service desk. Coach work is different from automotive work, and the difference is worth understanding before applying.
Why coach work is not automotive work
A coach sidewall is a bonded six layer laminate rather than a stamped steel panel. There is no pulling a dent from behind, and the repair decision is a measured released area against a crossover point.
Technicians coming from automotive collision find the diagnosis unfamiliar and the panel work slower. Technicians coming from marine or aviation composite work tend to adapt faster.
The departments
Collision and structural: frame, cage, outrigger and cap work, and ownership of teardown.
Paint and refinish: booth operations on bodies up to 45 feet, color match, blending, decals and wrap.
Fiberglass and laminate: delamination mapping, injection rebonding and skin panel replacement.
Onboard systems: electrical, LP, plumbing, climate, appliances, generators, slides and leveling.
Service desk: intake, carrier communication, supplements, scheduling and fleet sequencing.

Insurance walk ins are welcome. The teardown hour is priced at $210 and credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not a cost you lose if the work proceeds.
