Everything else on this site is priced, including every evaluation, and that is deliberate.
The booklet is different because it is information rather than work. An owner who reads it before filing makes better decisions on their claim regardless of which shop they eventually use, and that is worth giving away.

Is the Insurance Awareness Booklet really free?
Yes. It is the single allowlisted exception on a site where every evaluation and every service is priced. Information is worth giving away, work is not.
Do I have to repair here to get the booklet?
No. Ask at the desk or call and it is yours. An owner who makes better claim decisions is a better outcome whether or not the repair happens here.
Does it cover commercial vehicle claims as well as RV?
It covers both, though the emphasis is on RV and coach work because that is where the initial estimate and the true scope diverge most sharply.
Bring it in
Insurance walk ins are welcome. The teardown hour is priced at $210 and credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not a cost you lose if the work proceeds.
