Is OCRV Center located in Whittier, California?
No. The facility is in Yorba Linda at 23281 La Palma Ave, about twenty minutes east of Whittier. Whittier is the market this shop serves, and the drive is one freeway for most of the city.
How long does a typical RV repair take at OCRV Center?
Parts availability drives the calendar more than labor does. A slide seal replacement is days, a cap replacement with a discontinued molding can be months waiting on fabrication. The scope states the labor hours and the parts lead time separately.
Will this shop take manufacturer program repairs?
No. The shop performs collision, body, paint, structural and onboard systems repair, billed to you or to a carrier. Manufacturer program work is outside what it takes on, and the scope boundary page states the full list of what is declined.
Can I ask for a specific technician?
Work is assigned by department and by what the vehicle needs. The service desk routes it, which keeps the structural calls consistent regardless of who is on the floor that week.
Will OCRV Center document my repair with photographs?
Yes, as a matter of course. Arrival, teardown, structural stage and completion are documented on every job, and the images are available to you.
Are bundles discounted below the published rates?
No. The rates are the rates. The saving is real but it comes from shared access: the second job does not pay for the teardown and reassembly a second time.

No mobile service. Every job happens at the facility.
No roadside assistance and no on site evaluation.
No engine rebuild and no internal engine machining.
No transmission rebuild and no drivetrain overhaul.
No DOT inspection and no DOT certification.
No emission testing and no emission certification.
No telematics installation and no fleet software.
No fleet consulting and no driver training programs.
Everything above is work OCRV Center declines rather than work it performs poorly. The facility is a body, paint, structural and onboard systems shop, and it is an in shop operation.
Bring it in
Insurance walk ins are welcome. The teardown hour is priced at $210 and credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not a cost you lose if the work proceeds.
