Departments and Roles, Not Names
The shop is organized by department rather than by individual: collision and structural, paint and refinish, fiberglass and laminate, onboard systems, and the service desk that routes work between them. Every scope on this site maps to one of those departments.
The collision and structural department
Frame, cage, outrigger and cap work. This department owns the teardown, which is where the real scope of a collision claim gets established.
It also owns the repair or replace threshold call, because that is a structural judgment rather than a cosmetic one.
The paint and refinish department
Booth operations, color match, blending, decals and wrap. A downdraft booth sized for a 45 foot body is the constraint that decides what a shop can refinish in one piece.
Materials bill at $55 per paint hour, which covers everything from primer through clear.
Fiberglass and laminate
Delamination mapping, injection rebonding, skin panel replacement and cap repair. This is the department the wall stack data on every vehicle program comes from.
It works closest with collision, because the released area measurement is what moves a job between the two.
Onboard systems
Electrical, LP, plumbing, climate, appliances, generators, slides and leveling. Diagnostics runs out of here at $285 per hour with a one hour minimum.
It is also the department that catches the moisture path faults that present as an electrical problem before they present as a stain.
Service desk
Intake, carrier communication, supplements, scheduling and pickup. On an insurance billed job this is the desk that talks to your adjuster so you do not have to translate technical line items.
Fleet sequencing is run from here too, so units cycle through rather than sitting together.
Common questions
Can I ask for a specific technician?
Work is assigned by department and by what the vehicle needs. The service desk routes it, which keeps the structural calls consistent regardless of who is on the floor that week.
Are technicians certified?
The shop holds the BAR and EPA registrations shown in the site footer. Departmental training is ongoing across collision, refinish and systems work.
Who do I talk to about a claim?
The service desk. It handles carrier communication and supplements directly, which is faster than routing technical line items through the owner.
Scope boundary
What this shop does not take
No mobile service. Every job happens at the facility.
No roadside assistance and no on site evaluation.
No engine rebuild and no internal engine machining.
No transmission rebuild and no drivetrain overhaul.
No DOT inspection and no DOT certification.
No emission testing and no emission certification.
No telematics installation and no fleet software.
No fleet consulting and no driver training programs.
Everything above is work OCRV Center declines rather than work it performs poorly. The facility is a body, paint, structural and onboard systems shop, and it is an in shop operation.
Bring it in
Insurance walk ins are welcome. The teardown hour is priced at $210 and credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not a cost you lose if the work proceeds.
